By enrolling for the Forex Trading Course ("Course") provided by True Pivot Investment ("us," "we," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our Course.

Upon your enrolment and payment for the Course, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Course content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. The Course content is the property of True Pivot Investment and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We offer a 30-day refund policy, effective from the date of your purchase of the Course. To qualify for a refund, you must not have accessed more than 50% of the Course content or participate in more than one live-session within this 30-day period. Any requests for refunds after this period will not be granted.To request a refund, please send an email to info@truepivotinvestment.com with the subject line: "Refund Request." Include in your email: your full name, the email address used for the purchase, the purchase date, and the reason for your request. We will process refund requests within a reasonable time.

If a dispute arises between you and True Pivot Investment, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost-effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. To that effect, you agree to first contact us at info@truepivotinvestment.com to seek a resolution.Should you wish to opt-out of this dispute resolution procedure, you must provide notice to us no later than 30 calendar days from the date of your first purchase of the Course. To opt-out, you must send an email to info@truepivotinvestment.com with the subject line: “Arbitration Opt Out.” You must include in the opt-out email (a) your name, address, and e-mail address used in connection with the Course and (b) the date on which you began using the Course.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will post the amended Terms on our website and update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Course following the posting of the revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
